I was so inspired by the portraits at the exhibition at the National Gallery that I decided to make it my personal mission to do portraits. So, I started with my most fascinating subject, my Mum. I discovered she is very difficult to capture! She seemed to have a lot on her mind. It's hard to 'empty' your mind, isn't it?
I have captured some brilliant images of her, when she was unaware of the camera, see this earlier one here. I must remember to scrap those photos, I'd forgotten all about them!
